The maiden edition of LASU Journal of Employment Relations and Human Resource Management (JHRMER)-ISSN: 2705-3482 was published in July 2020. Since then, we have never relented in keeping our mandate of ONE Volume per year, as an annual academic journal of the Department of Department of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, Lagos State University, Nigeria. We publish in April of each year. JHRMER provides a veritable platform for dissemination of new research outputs, latest innovation and discoveries that promote research, academic excellence and sustainable development.

You are hereby invited to submit academic and research articles for the Next Edition of JHRMER. Articles written in lucid British English Language are accepted for publications after thorough peer reviews have been undertaken. JHRMER welcomes studies in the forms of research articles, case studies, technical notes and book reviews. Single line spaced articles should not be more than 20000words for reviews, research papers and technical notes, respectively. The articles should include abstract containing maximum of 250 words and five keywords. Manuscripts with outstanding research contributions, good organization and clearly written in English Language are usually given preferences.

We encourage our teeming authors, students and general interest readers to continue to keep wholesome interest in the journal and subsequent editions which we hope will come out early next year. Now that it is launched on-line, and with open-access online version of the journal, contributors will enjoy greater visibility of their works and the general academic community – local and international – will have added value from this publication.

The views expressed in the different papers are strictly those of the author(s) and the Editorial Board only takes responsibilities for typographical and print errors.
